Secretary/ Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact between the supervisor and internal/external clients
  • Screen and also directly phone calls and disperse correspondence
  • Take care of demands and queries suitably
  • Manage diary and schedule conferences and visits
  • Make travel plans
  • Take dictation and prepare mins
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, discussions and briefs
  • Devise as well as maintain workplace filing system
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Experience of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
