Position
Supply Coordinator – Reporting to Operations Manager – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Location
Kuala Lumpur – central location accessible by public transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous communication on the availability and lead times of products with Customer Service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement department.
- Continuous follow up on quotes and orders with sub-status ‘Awaiting approval’.
- Process orders, including non-available items.
- Order non-available items.
- Scan Delivery Notes when applicable.
- Create invoice for closed orders.
- Maintain required control reports and documentation.
- Assist other departments as needed on stock orders and purchase orders.
- Any other responsibility put forward by Manager not covered by this Functional Description (within reasonable limits).
