Job Description

The Supply Chain Planner & Analyst is responsible for supporting demand and supply activities across BD-Canada in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Transportation. The role manages the demand plan (forecast) and supply for designated business segments and participates in key processes such as Demand to Supply (DTS), Business to S&OP (BTS), and Source to Pay (STP) for inventory purchases. It applies continuous improvement principles to meet key performance indicators, updates SCM with long‑term demand planning aligned to business growth, and drives cost‑to‑service efficiencies. Supply chain planning occurs in a real‑time environment, requiring confidence with timely decisions and execution to respond to change daily.
