The Supply Chain Order Management Manager leads the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective fulfillment of customer orders. This role acts as a key interface between Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure customer commitments are met.
Order Management and Execution - Own RLC-Asia Order Process and Delivery activities, from order validation through fulfillment and ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Manage and handle order holds, backorders, allocation constraints, and delivery issues.
- Establish and monitor order fulfillment KPIs (On-time Delivery, backlog, etc.).
Customer and Cross Functional Stakeholder Coordination - Partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Transportation teams on RLC Order related matters.
- Act as escalation point for customer delivery issues and business-critical shipments.
