What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end
S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
across multiple markets Drive demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimisation Ensure optimal stock levels while minimising expiry and write-offs (critical in pharma) Manage relationships with
contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs) Oversee global logistics, including time-sensitive and regulated product flows Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure continuity of supply Drive continuous improvement across planning, systems, and processes
