Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Design and lead sourcing strategies ensuring on‑time availability of critical materials.
Optimize logistics, distribution, and internal/external delivery performance. Oversee inventory levels, implement rotation policies, and reduce obsolescence. Negotiate with key suppliers to secure favorable terms in cost, quality, and lead times. Lead demand planning processes and align market needs with production and supply capabilities. Manage and have full proficiency ERP and digital supply chain tools. Measure and report Supply Chain KPIs, driving data‑based improvements. Ensure resolution of issues related to performance gaps, customer complaints, audits, and non‑conformities. Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
