Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end order management, including coordination with stakeholders and processing non-breakage order revisions.
- Handle shipment planning according to customer schedules and product availability, and manage related documentation sent to customers.
- Negotiate Letters of Credit (L/C) with customers and banks when required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, organize e-filing for orders and shipments, and prepare CNDN adjustments.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and support various operational tasks as needed.
Requirements - Diploma in supply chain or related field, 2 years' experience.
Additional Information - Basic understanding of shipping/manufacturing processes and import/export terms preferred.
- Good customer service skills and awareness of global events affecting shipping.
