• Work with the Global Travel Retail team in Europe to review sets status, assess excess risk and create depletion plans
• Analyse performance of full portfolio and take ownership for communicating and resolving any gaps in stock availability, stock allocation and shipment versus forecast
• Lead the Excess Inventory review with the Sales Team
• Ensure that fill rate KPI is successfully met on a monthly basis
• Support or lead the non‑sellable review (merchandising, marketing & promotional items)
• Support Demand Planning team with daily tasks and S&OP preparation

• Track and root‑cause gaps in order fulfilment
• Update the Sales and Customer Service team on projects linked to product registration
