What You'll
Do Manage day-to-day purchasing for kitchen, bakery, retail, packaging, and operation
s. Generate and track purchase order
s. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliverie
s. Compare quotations and negotiate the best value while maintaining quality standard
s. Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstockin
g. Source new vendors and products aligned with The Fresh Factory's quality philosoph
y. Work closely with chefs and department heads for procurement plannin
g. Ensure proper documentation, invoices, GRNs, and purchase record
