Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Attributes
•Relevant experience in public procurement and asset management is a must;
• Experience working with public sector, UN agencies, NGOs, or international organizations;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in handling large datasets and performing data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting;
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Desirable Attributes
• Professional certification in procurement (e.g. CIPS or equivalent);
• Database management skills and experience, and working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Cloud ERP Supply Chain Module would be an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse management, verification, physical counting, and warehouse reconciliation;
