Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Supply Analyst I for their Portland, OR/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Manage the end-to-end parts returns process for client dealer network

+ Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely return processing

+ Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation

+ Respond to returns inquiries and resolve processing issues

+ Support internal and external training related to returns processing

+ Analyze returns data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

+ Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational performance

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

+ 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
