Job purpose
Ensure supplier quality performance by driving effective problem resolution, continuous improvement, and robust supplier development processes. Act as a key interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure high-quality standards and support smooth product launches.
Your responsibilities:
- Adhere to PR/R Procedure issuance, completion guidelines and requirements for problem cases issued via problem solver, utilize structured problem solving tools and methodologies
- Apply common supplier quality & development process/tools and systems to drive timely and effective resolution of supplier issues and facilitate continuous improvement
- Support flawless launch activities within the plant and SDE to SQE part responsibility transition
