Position Overview
Requeriments - Minimum 7-10 years experience in the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing setup within the Procurement department.
- 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- English proficiency – Full Professional. German is an advantage.
- Valid visa and passport – 30-50% travel required.
- Proven track record with Supplier Development activities.
Skills - AIAG/VDA core tools knowledge is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience creating effective business processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategies for Supplier Sourcing and Cost‑Savings plans.
- Ability to coach, drive consensus, and negotiate effectively in difficult circumstances.
- Significant hands‑on experience with statistical analysis.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite required.
- Strong decision‑making abilities within the scope of the position.
