The Supplier Development Manager (SD Manager) supports Isolation Valves business by improving the Supply Chain performance from a Cost, Speed, Delivery and Cash perspective and has the responsibility of assessing and developing the suppliers to enable them to deliver the level of performance required by our Customers. The successful incumbent will work directly with suppliers using Perfect Execution concepts and structured problem solving to implement improvement programs and will also work closely with Product Supply Chain Leaders, Buyers, Material Managers and Quality.
