EBAD seeks an accomplished engineer for the position of Supplier Development Engineer – Machining reporting to the Supply chain Manager.
Location: Moorpark, CA or Simsbury, CT
Responsibilities:
Track, monitor, and report on key Supplier KPI’s, including quality and delivery metrics.Create and implement strategic action plans to resolve systemic challenges, driving sustainable change/improvement.Responsible for identifying, selecting, and qualifying Suppliers that align with future Company goals while ensuring they meet quality, delivery, and cost standards.Assess supplier capacity, capability, and risk for existing and new programs.Support commodity strategies and dual sourcing initiatives.Provides advice and guidance in interpreting and adapting quality standards and government regulations.Drive improvements utilizing Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufactur...
