Role overview

You’ll be designing, developing and carrying out robust, independent risk‑based audits with a focus on the Home/Household Supply Chain. This work will help ensure that customer outcomes are fair and reasonable, that regulatory practice is being adhered to, that technical claims best practice operates with appropriate outcomes, and that any leakage or other financial risk is effectively managed. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that suppliers actively perform and comply with contractual goals and SLA’s.
