Responsibilities As a Supervisory Wildland Firefighter (Engine Captain) your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Mentors and instructs lower graded crewmembers. Applies an understanding of firefighter safety, fire behavior, topography, weather, fuels, and training in fire management.
