The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 705 TRS. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 705 TRS Advanced Academic, Current Operations, or Weapon and Tactics flights, ensuring that course development, support, and management complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Evaluates instructional programs, participates in special projects, and maintains professional and technical expertise. Represents the 705 TRS with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Serves as an AOC, C2, C2FE, Cyber Operations, or AFFOR subject matter expert (SME).
