The primary purposes of this position are: To serve as a first level supervisor providing planning and direction to, organizing work for, and exercising control over assigned nonsupervisory subordinate employees. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 359 Training Squadron Det 1 Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM), ensuring that the courses taught comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials. Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced technical/administrative levels.
