Summary The GEC Program Supervisor oversees a group of employees performing at the GS-12 level and below, including advanced practice social workers, and social work program coordinators and supervisors. The incumbent provides administrative, technical, and clinical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit. Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performs the administrative and personnel management function relative to staff supervised. Incumbent will establish guidelines and performance expectations for staff, clearly communicated through the formal employee performance management system. Observes workers' performance; demonstrates and conducts work performance critiques. Provides informal feedback and periodically evaluates employee performance.
