Summary This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Diversion Control Division, Regulatory Drafting & Policy Support Section (DPW), Arlington, VA. This position's primary purpose is to evaluates legislation and current and past policies, analyzes the diversion regulatory program and related issues, conducts a retrospective analysis of existing regulations, and recommends policy and regulatory resolutions that are consistent with statutory and executive mandates.
