Position Overview
Summary Incumbent oversees the day-to-day Customer Service/Patient Transport Program operations, serves as the front-line supervisor to 12 full time employees; volunteers and work studies assigned to the program, ensuring all patients and visitors have the best and safest possible experience while at VACCHCS. The incumbent has the knowledge; experience and skills that demonstrates the ability to coordinate a high volume of requests throughout the medical center; manage multiple staff schedules. Responsibilities Major duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: Overseas and coordinates day-to-day operations of the Customer Service/Patient Transport program, provides report submissions to include workload reports, personnel management, transport request and patient/visitor logs and other briefs to present to the Medical Center and CDCE Leadership.
