Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FIREFIGHTER, Battalion Chief, in the Operations Division, Fire and Emergency Services and Department of NAS SIGONELLA, Italy. Responsibilities You will detect the presence of potentially hazardous materials to maintain containment and control. You will collaborate with fire prevention or safety engineers in studying fire prevention problems. You will identify performance, progress, disciplinary, and training needs of crew members. You will lead a crew in routine maintenance of fire equipment and specialized tools used on assigned apparatus. You will respond to medical emergencies (e.g., sudden illness, accidental injuries, childbirth) to provide immediate medical attention and treatment.
