Summary Procurement Division The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Contract Specialist. You will be responsible for serving as a representative of management, an Assistant Chief serves in a leadership role as the first line supervisor over Contract Specialists, Contracting Officers, and staff that support the Procurement Division. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Contract Specialist at the GS-1102-14 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Planning, developing, and establishing the best contractual strategy for an acquisition, soliciting responses from contractors, performing detailed analysis, negotiating, and awarding different types of contracts.
