**Position Purpose**
It will be the overall responsibility of the Training Development Specialist to assist in the creation of task analysis relevant to the identified training needs and then source all the content necessary for the development of a course from start to finish.
The goal is to make certain that all text, video, graphics, animation and any other element developed maintains technical accuracy and relevance to the tasks.
Will serve as liason between CAT and stores to assist in solving problems on training issues and will support the training manager with the administration and development of training reports and processes as well as with the delivery of instructor led courses according to the company traning needs
