The Supervisor – Social Work is responsible for overseeing social work services within the Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) program, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

This role requires leadership experience, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to support both patients and interdisciplinary teams.



Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Social Work experience (IDD or behavioral health preferred)

• Active Michigan Social Work License (LMSW / LCSW – Required)

• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles
