Position Overview
Responsibilities - Supervise and make sure that production items are stored and rotated properly following First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
- Monitor quality and quantity of raw material items. Inspecting stock items for defects and report to management.
- Responsible for the incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished products.
- Should involve in stock count and QC processes.
- Execute any adhoc duties as assigned.
- Weekly check packing material and reorder accordingly.
- Supervise the received deliveries and ensure appropriate storage location of goods.
- Display good communication and human relation skills as per food servicemanager's directions.
- Conduct administrative and Human Resources management functions with supervised staff.
- Offer advice, counsel and instruction to staff members.
- Stick to sanitation and safety program.
