Position Overview
Job Summary - Lead club operations to deliver efficient service and a positive guest experience. Support and coach team members, manage inventory and cash transactions, and assist in operational planning to ensure smooth service flow and resolve issues promptly.
Responsibilities - Deliver prompt, efficient service to guests while representing the company positively
- Complete opening and closing duties accurately and on schedule
- Support and encourage team members in executing daily tasks effectively
- Monitor club operations including inventory management, beverage service quality, cash transactions, comps, and voids
- Assist the Operation Manager in deploying staff, managing drink flow, and maintaining service sequence across all shifts
