Provide technical and people leadership for electrical and high-speed test engineering activities supporting the manufacturing of high-speed cable assemblies, connectors, and other interconnect systems for the data center, telecom, and server and storage markets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·Lead and supervise SI Test Engineers and Technicians supporting global manufacturing regions.

·Own technical direction for development, integration, and upgrades for the SI Test Support Lab.

·Provide technical oversight for electrical testing, data analysis, and root cause investigations.

·Provide technical oversight for failure analysis for issues that occur on the production line as well as returns from customers and assist MQA team.

·Provide technical oversight on some product validation testing.
