Position Overview
This position will identify Supplier, In process and customer claims. Also this position will be responsible for cost savings and coordinate the division-wide effort to reduce Supplier, In process and Customer claims associated with BorgWarner components and BorgWarner assemblies. To identify, analyze, and reduce claims, cost savings and incidents to achieve zero defects in the plant and customer end. Works directly with Internal stake holders and customers to gain quick resolution to all product complaints.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Review internal and customer rejections and experience in Root cause analysis and taking corrective measures & monitoring its effectiveness (through G8D, CAPA & QC-Story method)
+ Demonstrated Abilities in Achieving Zero Defect, Zero Complaints, Green Customer Score Card
+ APQP, PPAP, MSA study, SPC analysis, FMEA, VDA 6.3, CQI 9, 11.
