Key Responsibilities
New Product Testing and Delivery: Manage and execute the new product SOV testing phase, ensuring the timely delivery of Pre-production sample, and Handover packages that meet established criteria. Product Master Optimization: Collaborate with the team to design and optimize Product Master sprue, ensuring quality and suitability for mass production. Process Optimization: Design and optimize parameters, process routing, and tooling for new products based on testing results, representing a mass production process. Work Instruction and Monitoring: Manage and provide work instructions and training for new product mass production. Monitor, track, investigate, and improve new product testing processes to achieve set targets.
