This position supervises the daily activities of the assigned department by coordinating in-service and ongoing education, monitoring quality control, and safety processes, hiring and training new staff, evaluating performance, and scheduling work shifts. Reporting non-clinical staff operates in support of the patient/family and serves as a direct representative of the provider/clinic providing care during the visit.
