As the Supervisor of Patient Financial Services – Physician Billing, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, optimizing workflows, and leading high-performing teams across multiple functional areas within the revenue cycle. The Supervisor Patient Financial Services will focus primarily with Medicare and Medicaid and manager care plans. as well as monitoring accounts receivable (AR) inventories and ensure timely account resolution. This supervisor will manage workflows related to insurance claim follow-ups, denial management, appeals and reconsiderations, payment posting issues, credit balance resolution, and authorization-related billing issues.
