Position Overview
The responsibility of this program is for trainees to learn the proven aspects of people leadership in a food manufacturing environment. Specifically, individuals will develop strong leadership and functional skills in such areas as continuous improvement/lean manufacturing, food production, material handling and processing and inventory storage and distribution.
+ Supports corporate strategy by assisting the development of team and individual goals, objectives, operational standards, and expectations for Safety, Quality and Productivity.
+ Builds collaborative partnerships within departmental lines to achieve departmental and team results.
