**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

The Community Paramedicine EMS Supervisor will oversee the functions of this new program under the direction of the Life Lion EMS Manager and Medical Director. This position will represent Life Lion EMS at all service levels in the Penn State Health system to promote the program and also work with the bundled payment group (and all others that apply) to help prevent hospital readmissions.
