Responsible for the overall supervision and direction of the Allina Health Emergency Medical Services (AHEMS) Logistics and Fleet Services Parts Departments including overseeing light duty employees assigned temporarily to the department. Trains new and existing employees in all aspects of AHEMS vehicles and equipment, including instruction, and documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Leadership ResponsibilitiesOversees department employees in area of responsibility including hiring and onboarding, training and development and performance management.Ensures functions are performed in accordance with department policies and procedures and all governing organizations.Creates schedules, tracks hours of work, PTO, training and LOA’s for the workgroup and ensures FTE use is within budget.Ensures employees are receiving proper education and tools for success to include rounding an...
