This position is responsible for direct supervision of all production operations in assigned department(s).
This includes assisting in the interviewing, hiring, training and performance appraisal of employees as well as planning, assigning and directing work.
- Accountable for meeting production plans, and in doing so, plan and control the efficient use of manpower, machines and other resources to meet and continuously improve upon established standards.
- Ensure manufactured components meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent education and experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment is required
- A minimum of 2 years effectively leading others is required.
