Activities
Coordinates subordinates in the inspection and/or receiving testing and/or process and finished products, according to established procedures
Insures the compliance to Quality Objectives (Quality Costs, Customer Satisfaction, etc.) and the effectiveness of Corrective Measures
Reports to Top Management any trends or issues which may affect the health of the Quality Management System or customer satisfaction levels
