FUNCTION: The primary function of the Supervisor, Communications Center position is to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Police Department Communications Center to ensure efficient, reliable, professional emergency and non-emergency communications position supervises telecommunicators, maintains minimum staffing levels, ensuring compliance with departmental policies, operational procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
