Supervisor: Allergen Production

Job Purpose

Supervise the end-to-end production process, incl. trim inspection, grinding, mixing, spooling, filling, packing, wrapping, labelling of all boerewors/sausage, burgers, meatballs and value add products.

Output Production Responsible for boerewors/sausage, meatball, burger and value add production process. Develop, review and implement efficient and effective procedures and processes to optimize production. Responsible for the delivery of product according to a set standard, at a reasonable cost and productivity. Stock control management (stock rotation). Ensure product meets all customer requirements especially but not limited to product appearance, packing and labelling.
