This role manages and coordinates multiple subcontractors, develops short-term schedules, enforces safety practices, and maintains strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and budget requirements.
Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily field operations across all phases of construction for commercial and multifamily projects.

+ Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors on site, ensuring adherence to project schedule, scope, and quality standards.

+ Develop and maintain detailed short-term (3-week) lookahead schedules in collaboration with Project Managers.

+ Lead site safety efforts by enforcing OSHA standards, conducting regular safety meetings, and promoting a strong safety culture.
