Responsibilities

• Steer the recruitment process by scouting for talent in the field of your specialty
• Execute Business Development plans to amplify the company’s market penetration
• Be at the core of human resource trends revolving around hiring and management of suitable candidates
• Give adequate career route advice to enquiries of the candidates and clients regarding the up-to-date market trends
• Propose and negotiate scale of fees/ business plans/ forecasts with targeted cliental pool

Requirements

• Min A Levels/Diploma/ Degree in any field
• Full training/ mentorship will be provided, no experience needed
• Candidates with a strong track record in sports or CCAs will have an added advantage
