Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning Process and Career Development modules, helping organizations identify, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Succession Planning and Career Development modules. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with HR stakeholders. Configure talent pools, calibration sessions, and career development plans. Support integration with Performance & Goals and Employee Central. Develop dashboards and reports for talent review and succession planning.
