Position Overview

SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Lead 12 months contract Key Responsibilities Compensation & Variable Pay Solution Design Lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules across multiple instances. Define global compensation templates, plans, and workflows while accommodating regional and legal entity variations including documented region-specific plan variations (proration logic, payout calendars, plan suspension/redesign scenarios). Translate compensation strategy and business rules into scalable, configurable solutions. Design and implement salary planning, bonus programs, and merit-based pay structures assess and document SF capability boundaries for executive compensation and LTI, and define integration/handoff requirements for external LTI/shares vendors.
