Behavioral Support Technician

Under the supervision of the Special Education Teacher, the Behavioral Support Technician assists the teacher in classroom management and the Registered Behavior Technician in positive behavior management to engage students with developmental delays and intellectual disabilities with high intensity support needs and extremely significant behavioral challenges. This position will serve Florens Academy, a new program that is being created to serve aggressive adolescent aged youth with significant developmental delays. Florens will provide instructional behavioral, and social/emotional support and activities to the youth served. Salary: The salary for this position is $23.95 per hour.
