What you'll be doing



Serve as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries, offering in-depth expertise and problem-solving skills

Provide training and mentoring to junior customer service representatives to enhance their product knowledge and troubleshooting abilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address systemic issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
