Study Facilitator
Description/Responsibilities
· Facilitate and conduct in-person user study data collection with high attention to detail· Document study session issue· Manage scheduling and recruitment of user study participants· Setup and break down study session areas. Lead in-person study sessions. Engage with participants and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications· Ensure appropriate participant compliance with relevant study protocols· Provide study progress updates, validate the fidelity of captured data, and proactively raise any study-related issues and challenges that may arise· Prepare, troubleshoot, and maintain study-specific equipment/devices for data collection efforts· Gather data and logs from test devices by using SSH/terminal/command line, installing software, and troubleshooting HW/SW on consumer electronics such as Phone/Mac/watch/Airpods interfaces· Assist with plot genera...
