Studio | Marketing Coordinator for Design Firm

Our client a Brisbane architecture practice is seeking a Studio/Marketing Coordinator to join their team of 13. In this diverse and varied role, you will be managing the main inbox, organising travel arrangements, checking invoices, supporting the team with documentation, filing of important information, and assisting with marketing, bids, and social media. 

You will be joining a busy and focused practice. This role is perfect for an organised and autonomous office assistant.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Helping the Directors and team with any documentation that needs to be filed, posted or requested
•  Preparing social media updates
• Overseeing the overall office administration ensuring the practice is organised and running efficiently
• Checking and compiling submissions
• Recording meeting notes and actioning any requests
