Position Summary

The Stevenson University Online (SUO) Student Success Coach (SSC) is responsible for providing effective, regular, responsive, and proactive academic and holistic support for online students to support their retention, success, and graduation. The SSC is assigned a portfolio of academic programs and advises SUO students in these programs on course selection and academic planning, majors and careers, academic progress, and general University policies and procedures. Meeting performance metrics, cross-training to provide general academic support for all programs, and contributing to the development and implementation of value-added resources, activities, and programming for SUO students that promote their connection to the university and support their engagement, success, and retention are expected.
