We are looking for a professional with experience in supporting student discipline and after-school support programmes, while helping to create safe, supportive, and conducive learning environments.

Responsibilities - Support student discipline and behaviour management through supervision, incident follow-up, and restorative practices.
- Provide in-class and operational support to staff in managing students with behavioural or high-needs concerns.
- Maintain student management records, track cases, analyse trends, and prepare reports for follow-up and decision-making.
- Plan and facilitate after-school programmes that support students’ behavioural, social-emotional, and personal development.
